51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Hosts Virtual Summer Open House on June 18

WINSTON-SALEM, NC (June 10, 2024)—The Admissions Office at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ will host a virtual Summer Open House, “Cookies & Conversations,” on Tuesday, June 18 at 2 p.m. for prospective students and their families. 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is an all-girls day and boarding high school for grades nine through 12 located in Winston-Salem, N.C.

Virtual open house attendees will engage in conversations with current students and staff, gain insights into academic offerings, athletics and fine arts programs, and the diverse array of clubs and organizations available to students.

Distinctive to 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ, the Academy offers girls a place to thrive in a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) focused learning environment. STEAM is the interdisciplinary approach that teaches students to cultivate questions, analyze ideas, design solutions, and foster community around diverse ways of thinking and learning. The arts remain a critical component of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ’s STEAM curriculum.

The school also shares a campus with , the nation’s only liberal arts college dedicated to elevating and expanding women’s roles in health leadership. Being on a college campus, students at the Academy may take college-level classes at Salem College.
